1. In charge of the daily design works for AC and DC power transformer;

    

2. Key team member to establish design ability in China ;

    

3. Review/answer/decide for the customer designs adjustment, especially for LE systems in AC;

    

4. Coordinate/communicate with other WEIDMANN sites for the design issues;

    

5. In charge of coordinating the software and hardware with other ETBA locations (WETAG)

    

6. Take lead for the internal communication related to the design, amongst production, QA, engineering department

BUSINESS ACUMEN & EXPERTISE

    

l University/college graduate with at least 5 years working experience in electrical stress calculation, UHV (>750kV AC or DC)transformer design (electrical)

    

l Familiar with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), CAE/CAD and standard Windows package software

    

l Experienced in both DC and AC, preferably in power transformer insulation design

    

l Loyal and stable, experience in an international business environment is preferred record

    

l Open-minded and good interpersonal skills

    

l Excellent English (level C1) and good Mandarin

    

l Good in computer knowledge
