职位描述：

    

Outcome expected

    

    

1.  收到客户订单输入SAP系统，向供应商发出合同（包括开发和大货订单）

    

Issue the contract from SAP to the supplier on the day the order is received (both Development & bulk). 

    

2.  及时(从收到订单起7日内) 回复买家和总公司交期

    

Timely replies (same day) to the buyer and India office for the delivery date. Keeping 7 days in hand from the date of receiving the order

    

3.  每周更新库存清单/损耗表，并与跟单员团队一起审核，并输入SAP系统

    

Stock list / wastage excel to be updated on a weekly basis and reviewed with the team. Ideally generate the report from SAP. 

    

4.  供应商那里收到样品之后，快递给客户

    

Arranging new samples from suppliers & preparation of collection to send to the buyers. 

    

5. 保存发给客户的样品记录（包括开发和大货样品）

    

Preparation of couriers & maintaining records & files for the samples sent to the customers. (Development & bulk). 

    

6.  数量等信息，及时输入SAP系统（包括开发和大货数量）

    

 Updating in SAP the qtys received / delivered. (Development & bulk)
