  Main Responsibilities: 

主要职责

  

1. Responsible for the maintenance, overhaul and maintenance of building facilities and office facilities inside the factory.

  

负责工厂内部建筑设施、办公设施的维护、检修、保养。

  

1. Supporting the maintenance engineer  in maintaining power and fire control system.

  

协助维修工程师维护电力系统、消防系统使用。

  

1. On-time maintenance record.

  

定期更新设备维修台账。

  

1. Supervise the normal supply of power (water, gas, electricity, air conditioning) checking the records and informing the supervisor to deal with any abnormal situation in time.

   监督动力(水、气、电力、空调)正常供给，定期检查记录如有异常情况及时通知主管人员处理。

2. Assisting engineer for plant improvement and emergency repair work.

   协助工程师紧急维修工作。

3. EHS procedures following-up.

   做好本岗位的EHS工作。

4. Temporary tasks  assigned by maintains engineer.

   完成主管安排的其他临时任务.。

                

 

  

 

  

Education/Experience:

教育经验

  

 

  

 

  

1. Technical secondary school or above, 5 years of plant repairing and facility maintenance experience.

   中专及以上文化，5年以上厂房维修及公用设施维护经验。

2. Certificate of electrical operation is a must; High voltage network access certificate is preferred.

   具有电工操作证；有高压进网操作证则更佳。

3. Requirement could be relaxed for people have extensive experience and strong ability.

          

经验丰富、能力突出者可适当放宽要求。

1. Extensive experience in repairing, strong ability to solve problem.  

   经验丰富，具有很强的解决问题能力。

2. Working scrupulously, highly working principle and responsibility.
