Position title: Immigration and Relocation Coordinator 签证安居专员

Exemption status: Exempt

Reports to: Relocation Director

Position Summary

Relocation Specialist will support with the management of domestic/international relocation and immigration services. The Specialist will support the destination services team as well as the immigration team as active part of the daily operations. Relocation Specialist is also responsible for the office admin and general supply management.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Relocation Specialist include:

+ 70% Visa and Immigration caseload: handle a partial caseload for Immigration services team

+ 15% Point of Contact for Team: Support both Immigration and Destination Services team with various requests, such as research support for banking, relocation, housing, services for expats, coordination of appointments with suppliers and with schools/hospitals etc

+ 5% Reporting and data entry to CRM: Support with daily/weekly/monthly reporting as needed.

+ 5% Destination Services case load: handle partial caseload for Destination Services and support with TM services

+ 5% Other duties as assigned: Perform other admin activities as designated by business unit leader

Qualifications

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business related field

+ Required Experience: 3 to 5 years in an office environment

+ Preferred Experience: Experience in service industry, previous VI required and DS service background preferred

+ Other Required Skills and Abilities:

+ Strong ability to multitask and prioritize

+ Communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate effectively in a constructive and professional manner

+ Attention to detail and strong organization skills

+ Team player, customer-driven and able to work in a dynamic work environment

+ Ability to work independently without supervision
