职位描述
1. 理解、规范、控制客户电商业务需求。
2. 支持项目售前工作，提供项目实施计划，人天估算，交付方案，撰写sow等。
3. 制定项目计划，管理项目范围，时间，成本，交付物等，满足公司部门对项目管理的要求。 4. Ramp up 项目团队，协调项目内外相关项目干系人的沟通和运作机制。
5. 定期项目执行状态管理、汇报。
6. 项目风险识别和追踪，以及对应措施的制定和实施。
7. 提高项目团队的生产效率，指导和帮助项目团队Junior成员成长。
任职要求：
1. 10 年以上IT工作经验，5年以上项目管理经验，至少2个敏捷项目管理经验。
2. 3 年以上电商平台设计搭建，互联网行业数字化产品设计、搭建、运营项目经验。
3. 具有丰富的外部客户沟通经验，能够快速理解客户业务，洞悉客户需求，具有产品经理工作经验尤佳。
4. 适应互联网、数字化产业的工作环境，具有良好的抗压能力。
5. 熟悉一种或多个电商运营实施产品或业务中台方案 如 Hybris，Magento，demandware等.
6. 良好的自我学习和快速适应变化能力，善于自我激励。
7. 良好的内外部沟通技巧和解决冲突能力。
