Purpose of Position

Manage and develop site ICT team

Support local business and improve customer satisfaction

Coordinate with central team, engage in project implemetation

Essential Responsibilities

Follow company ICT policies, standards, practices and security measure to assure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard the information

Coordinate and support local ICT manufacture activities such as Traceability,cybersecurity, Industry 4.0 etc.

Monitor and control local ICT budget(Capex&Opex,Rag1-3 etc)

Manage and follow up local IT related PR/PO and payment

Manage local stakeholder

Improve customer satisfactory

Collect local IT demand and submit to central team

Team coaching and development

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor above degree in computer science or ICT related

At least 7 years work experience in ICT related jobs, at least 3 years working as management position, manufacturing IT relevant experience is preferred.

Solid experience in IT manufacturing application system(implementation, management and support), hands on experience on MES system in electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.

Famliar with IT security knowledge and process control technology.

Good communication in both mandarin and English and team work.

资格证书/需求

计算机或ICT相关专业本科以上学历

7年以上ICT相关工作经验，3年以上管理工作经验，有制造业相关工作经验者优先。

丰富的IT制造应用系统(实施、管理和支持)经验，有电子制造行业MES系统实际操作经验者优先。

MES系统是一套面向制造企业车间执行层的生产信息化管理系统

熟悉IT安全知识和过程控制技术。

良好的中英文沟通能力和团队合作能力。
