工作内容：

1、 Lead and coach Sourcing Engineer team to develop & implement sourcing strategy/target for responsible parts/category to realized company goals:

    

1)Supplier base are stable and secure without series quality defects & materials shortage.

    

2) Annual cost savings target realized.

    

3) Supplier performance (ACS) are closely monitored and managed per defined criteria.

    

4) Develop supplier with Quality, Engineering based on sourcing strategic and supplier performance.

    

5) New products/project sourcing plan & activities are implemented.

6) Global sourcing projects are supported from China supply bases.

    

7) Sourcing and purchasing activities are compliance to ZEISS policy.

    

8) Sourcing and purchasing procedures are optimized according to IMT SH business changes, and all defined procedures are strictly followed.

    

2、Set up annual targets to individual employees to support company targets.

    

3、Conduct regular performance evaluation of each employee.

    

4、Evaluate team qualifications & skills structure, work out people development plan for individual team members.

    

5、Leading purchasing team to accomplish daily works as issuing POs, tracking delivery and delivery performance.

    

6、Lead and coach Sourcing Engineer team to manage suppliers according to supplier management procedures .  

    

7、Keep smooth and transparent communication with suppliers and relative departments.

    

8、 Cooperating with internal department to improve operational-purchasing-relevant procedure and other company procedure continuously.

    

9、 Cooperation with global strategic purchasing team to optimize global sourcing with respect to suppliers’ structure (mutually independent sources no single sources), prices and cost-quality ratio.

要求：

Education:

1、 Engineering University degree or above or equivalent work experiences

Experience:

1、  Minimum of 8 years procurement experiences with a multi-national company or equivalent

2、  Minimum of 3 years manager experiences

3、  Technical background or strong understanding of mechanical commodity

4、  Experiences in SAP system related to supplier and material management modules

Other skills:

1、  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

2、  Supplier and commodity management skills –Financial risk assessment, Supply/logistics knowledge, etc.

3、  Good business skills, Negotiation skills, Personal skills

4、  Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams across global environment

5、  High energy and self-motivated

6、  Travel is required
