Role：Project manager for Automotive industry Sales & Marketing area on Management consultanting
Objectives：Engage on the exisitng projects
Support on the BD on sales & marketing area
Responsibilities/Tasks：
1. Project delivery and management incl. project team mgt./project plan/project execution/risk control/budget control etc.
2. Lead a team of 3-5 consultants to help clients achieve new performance
3. Business development support incl. customer acquisition, bidding proposal, quotation strategy, pitching presentation
Expertise Requested：
1. Solid knowledge & knowhow on automotive industry
2. Deep expertise on sales & marketing & retail area
3. In depth knowledge and understanding of typical consulting team structures, roles, responsibilities, analytical techniques, problem solving frameworks and communication approaches
4. Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to business development, marketing and sales, retail, project management, etc.
5. Exceptional problem-solving ability with logical reasoning, structure thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues
6. Demonstrated leadership with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
7. Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively (both written and verbal) in English
