职位描述

主要工作职责

·    全面负责学院市场宣传与品牌打造。从品牌战略规划及品牌营销战略建设,积极主动地建立从早期规划、中期跟踪、后期宣传的一揽子工作,包括品牌的落地策划、设计、地区覆盖及推广及管理工作等。

·    准确把握学院品牌定位,根据市场需求和变化、区域特性和市场信息进行品牌策划与运营,以及品牌促销政策的执行。

·    制定品牌年度传播计划,落实媒体品牌宣传,并确保品牌形象的统一传播。

·    根据品牌年度计划,制定年度广告、公关计划和预算,并监督投放过程和效果。

·    根据学院品牌定位及品牌调性,组织实施跨界品牌合作, 推广学院品牌文化。

·    合理利用社会化媒体热点事件的营销,贴合业务特性及进行品牌整合营销,及负责对外关系的维护以及危机事件的公关。

·    与政府部门、媒体建立紧密联系。

·    建立本部门工作流程与制度规范。

·    配合学院各部门做好相关宣传工作,配合业务端完成销售目标。

·    其他根据学院发展需要履行的职责。


任职资格

·    本科及以上学历,广告学、市场营销、供应链管理等相关专业优先。

·    8年及以上工作经验,其中5年以上品牌打造、市场推广、营销策划经验,数字化管理经验,2年以上团队管理经验。

·    具有扎实的市场营销、品牌推广、公关方面的经验,文学功底深,思维活跃,愿意学习接受新鲜事物。深耕于商学院市场品牌建设者将优先考虑。

·    有丰富的社会化媒体、网站站长、广告联盟等推广资源,亲自主导了成功案例。

·    熟悉品牌运营,精通微博/微信/小红书/抖音等公众平台的运营与推广模式。

·    具备创业、敬业精神,喜欢挑战性工作,良好的团队协作精神,强烈的责任心、事业心和职业道德操守。

·    可以在双语环境中工作。



Main responsibility

·    Brand construction for institute. Be responsible for brand strategic planning and brand marketing strategy construction, proactively establish entire work portfolio from early planning, mid-term tracking and later publicity, including brand landing plan, design, regional coverage, promotion and management, etc.

·    Grasp brand position execute brand planning, operation, and brand promotion policy due to marketing needs and change, regional characteristics and market information.

·    Make brand annual publicity plan, execute publicity of media brands, and make sure of the unified publicity of brand image.

·    Examine and verify annual advertisement, public relation plan, and budget on the base of brand annual plan, and supervise the progress and result.

·    Organize and execute brand cooperation of different fields and promote company's brand culture according to institute brand positioning and brand taste.

·    Establish close connection with government and media.

·    Establish working progress and rule-institution.

·    Establish talent training and attracting policy off own department.

·    Reasonably utilize the marketing of social media of hot issues, implement brand integrated marketing according to business characteristics, responsible for the maintenance of public relations of crisis events.

·    Complete sales target by cooperating with operation department.

·    Be responsible for publicity work by cooperate with other departments of institute.

·    Other work due to development of institute.


Competency and capability

·    Bachelor’s degree or above, major in advertising, marketing, supply chain management or other related fields is preferred.

·    More than 10 years of working experience, including more than 5 years of brand building, marketing, and marketing planning experience, digital management experience, and more than 2 years of team management experience.

·    Rich experience in marketing, brand promotion and public relations, with deep literature background, active thinking, willing to learn and accept new things. Those who are deeply involved in the business school marketing will be given priority.

·    Have rich promotion resources such as social media, webmaster and advertising alliance, which have personally led the successful cases.

·    Familiar with brand operation, proficient in the operation and promotion mode of public platforms such as Weibo / WeChat / Xiao Hong Shu / Tik Tok.

·    Have entrepreneurial spirit, excellent leadership, strong sense of responsibility and career spirit, like challenging work, good team spirit, honest, reliable and upright conduct.


·    Proficient in English, able to work in bilingual (Chinese and English) environment.

    The government of Ningbo, China, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT)to jointly establish the Ningbo China Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (NISCI), an exclusive education and research center in China focus on logistics and supply chain management in 2016. The mission of NISCI is to become an international center of excellence for research and education in logistics and supply chain management. Also, NISCI serves an important role in supporting Ningbo in its development of "World Class Port City" and "Made-in China 2025 Exemplary City".

    Under the guidance of MIT Transportation and Logistics Center, NISCI is a non-profit independent educational and research institution and is a member of the MIT Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE). Currently, the network has five centers in China, Colombia, Spain, Luxembourg and Malaysia outside the United States. In addition, there are 14 graduate programs and executive training programs in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia, 90 supply chain and logistics professional teachers and research partners, 150 partner companies and organizations, and more than 1,000 alumni around the world.

    Through the introduction of MIT's curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation system, NISCI established masters and executive education programs to cultivate elite talents for international supply chain management. The Institute also works closely with industry to establish a college industry alliance, enhance the global competitiveness of enterprises, and create a collaborative innovation system that integrates production and education.
