What we will expect from you:

You will participate in the effective growth of our corporate finance practice and work closely with our clients to improve the efficiency of their organization including but not limited to the following tasks:

- Conduct various financial advisory consulting as defined in the scope of work of the engagement letter for all types of projects (M&A, PE, budgeting, restructuring…).

- Perform professional analytical review of the financial statements and accounts, financial due diligence support.

- Review and challenge target’s accounting, operating procedures and systems of internal control.

- Setup operating procedures, reporting and KPIs systems to be adjusted by type of client industry.

- Lead ERP implementation.

- Perform other jobs as required by Management.

Required knowledge:

- Over 4 years of experience as a financial advisory consultant and/or financial auditor.

- Relevant experience in execution and/or re-engineering of processes such as management reporting, budgeting, scoreboard implementation.

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, auditing and/or equivalent professional qualification.

- Fluent English and Chinese, French would be a plus but is not compulsory.

- Work directly with senior management and employees in client organizations.

- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks autonomously and as part of a team

- Excellent computer skills and experience in implementation of accounting/ERP systems

- Strong orientation to detail and analytical skills

- Solid problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong sense of ethics, integrity and confidentiality

- Excellent presentation skills
