职位描述
1. 协助销售总监开展公司的分拣机销售业务，包括商务销售和销售技术支持等。
Support sales director to promote products which includes commercial sales and sales technical support, etc.
2. 负责销售的各项基础工作，包括公司产品推广、客户关系建立、市场机会把握、市场分析、产品分析、竞争对手分析、客户分析、销售基础资料管理、销售规章制度的建立等。
In charge of the overall sales job including products promotion, customer relationship management , market analysis, products analysis, competitor analysis, clients analysis, as well as sales documentations, and other sales related job.
3. 负责销售过程的项目管理，负责投标项目和拟投标项目的销售协调，并在公司法务和领导支持下具体负责销售过程中的商务条款、销售价格的谈判、定稿销售商务合同，支持销售技术支持及其他部门的对客户的技术交流和最终技术协议或合同的谈判和最终定稿。
To carry out the project management during sales process, in charge of the sales coordination for bidding projects or potential bidding project: ？ based on the support from legal function and leaders, in charge of the negotiations of commercial terms and sales price, the finalization of commercial contract; ？ Support sales technical team and/or other function to carry out the technical clarifications, negotiation & finalization of technical agreement or contract.
4. 获得客户的订单后负责将合同的商务和技术条件交接给执行团队，并支持执行团队和客户之间的通畅交流，在执行团队要求下参与讨论合同重大条款争议、合同索赔及变更，对客户满意度负责跟踪调查；对于没有获取订单的销售项目进行时候丢标分析和总结，为公司销售业务改善、业务运营模式改善提出建议。
For the “win” orders from clients, in charge of: ？ The handover of technical and commercial terms to execution team, and support the fluent communication between client and execution team; ？ Based on the requirement of execution team, being involved for the discussion of the important argument about contract terms, for the modification and claims of contract ？ Follow up the investigation of customers’ satisfaction For the “lost” orders from clients： ？ Make lost analysis and summary, give suggestion for improvement of sales management, give suggestion for business operation.
技能要求 :
- 机械或自动化类本科或同等学历以上
Bachelor with mechanical or automation related major.
- 英语流利
Fluent English
- 有良好的沟通技巧及谈判技
Good communicate skill and negotiation ability
- 有良好的适应力（能够应对多变的市场环境和国际客户群）
Good Adaptability (Able to adapt the changes of various market environment and international customers).
