Job Responsibilities:

  

1. Handle and maintain E-banking payment process & tools, apply for approval of payment through e-banking including vendor & reimbursement payment;

   负责网银付款包括供应商和报销付款；

2. Deal with foreign exchange business including payment & receive, prepare documents and go through procedure for foreign remittance；

   处理外币收付，准备相关文件，及相关外币汇款程序；

3. Support or coordinate e-banking problem solving service to ensure a smooth settlement

   支持协调处理网银各类问题确保付款及时；

4. Process bank clearing after payment done timely and accurately;

   付款完成后准确及时清理银行帐

5. Check bank transaction and balance regularly, inform stakeholders to follow collections and payments accordingly;

   定期查看网银，通知相关方，相应跟踪收付；

6. Prepare cash reports as required;

   按要求准备现金类报表；

7. Manage bank accounts, coordinate and support to maintain and update signature matrix;

   管理银行账户，协调支持信息更新维护；

8. Improve current cashier works including process and system continuously;

   持续改进出纳工作包括流程及系统等方面；

9. Handle bank slip sort-out and voucher match；

   整理银行水单及凭证匹配；

10. Assist vouchers binding, sorting, filing and storage;

    协助处理品质整理，装订，归档等；

11. Ad hoc tasks assigned by CSC manager;

    处理共享中心交代的其他工作；

                                            

Job requirements:

  

1. Finance or Accounting or related major;

   财会相关专业；

2. At least 1 years’ working experiences as a position of cashier;

   至少1年出纳岗位工作经验；

3. Skillful in using MS Office Software, including Excel, Word and PPT; 

   熟练使用office软件等；

4. Using SAP is a plus

   使用过SAP可加分

5. Working in FSSC is a plus

   财务共享中心工作过可加分；

6. Willing to communicate for problem solving;

   愿意沟通解决问题

7.  Good command of English reading and writing;

   英文读写即可；
