1) Social media coordination

    

·          Setup and maintain different social media accounts

    

·          Setup and maintain different website accounts

    

·          Prepare and a detailed communication plan

    

·          Provide relevant content when required

    

·          Coordinating with other departments and clients to ensure proper online messaging, relevancy and consistency

    

·          Prepare reports based on the accurate metrics

    

·          Continuously ensure maintenance, monitoring and coverage of all sites & channels

    

·          Assist GM/PM in any project that might come up

    

    

2) Marketing material design & distribution

    

·          Adapt existing English marketing material for Chinese customers

    

·          Design flyers/brochures and other marketing material

    

·          Ensure the use of the right distribution channels to reach the target

    

    

3) Communication

    

·          Write promotional material/press releases (Chinese & English)

    

·          Coordinate the communication with the different media

    

·          Advertise and publicize events in different media

    

·          Assist GM/PM in any project that might come up

    

    

4) Others

    

·          Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database

    

·          Website management

    

·          Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys

    

·          Create marketing presentations

    

    

    

Education

    

    

·            Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertisement, or similar degree qualification

    

·            Any training/education in social/new media is a plus

    

    

    

    

Desired skills/experience

    

    

Working Experience

    

·       Minimum 2 years working experience in social media and/or communication in FMCG

    

·       Experience in event management strongly appreciated
