Responsibilities

● Work the Agile way with Product teams to build a deep understanding of our products
● Communicate your ideas to a broad audience
● Demonstrate self-development by staying current with UX best practices and design patterns

● Contribute to and evolve our design system

● Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners

● Create personas, scenarios and/or user journeys to understand pain points

● Sketch drafts on paper or digitally with wireframe and prototype tools

● Continuously improve the design of existing products

● Create PRD and/or DRD

● Collaborate with Scrum Master and agile software engineers to make sure that the proposed design is business viable, delightful and technically feasible.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in a Computer Science, Interaction Design, and/or Visual Communication Design discipline
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product development such as apps, desktop, web, and/or digital ecosystems

● Proficiency in key design applications and the knowledge of when to use which tools
● Pen and paper, whiteboard and marker
● Wireframes tools, including Sketch, Axure

● Familiar with Agile methodology is a plus

● Product Owner experience is a plus

● Have experience in design for enterprise or backend products

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
