1、根据现有编制及业务发展，人员需求，协调、统计各项目、部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划；

2、充分了解和掌握各岗位人员编制情况，在编人员情况，缺编情况；

3、建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；

4、利用各类招聘渠道发布招聘广告，开拓招聘渠道；

5、执行招聘、甄选、面试、推选、安置工作；

6、进行聘前测试和简历甄选工作；

7、开拓，利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求；

8、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；

9、定期或不定期的进行人力资源内外部状况分析及员工需求调查，并进行员工需求分析；

10、根据特殊需要组织大型招聘面试工作及校园招聘、校园宣讲会等。

岗位要求：

1、人力资源、企业管理等相关专业；

2、具有5年以上招聘经验，有过猎头行业经验优先考虑

3、有做过婚礼/酒店/奢侈品/市场营销策划/会展/行业或者猎头经验优先考虑 

4、熟悉招聘理论与实操；

5、熟悉各种招聘渠道，精通各种面试方法与技巧；

6、积极主动、善于沟通协调、团队意识及承压能力，强具有亲和力，良好的职业道德。
