岗位职责：

1、负责招聘工作，筛选简历，应聘人员的预约，接待；

2、员工入职、离职、社会保险等相关手续办理；

3.  办理外国人就业证、员工居住证等证件办理；

3、员工人事信息管理与员工档案的维护；

4、员工考勤管理核算；

5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

    

岗位要求：

1、管理类或相关专业本科毕业

2. 一年以上企业人力资源相关工作经验优先

3、熟悉国家及上海市相关劳动法律、法规；

4、熟练使用办公软件，具有良好的书面及口头表达能力，沟通能力；

5、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养。
