1. 能根据公司产品的特性，有针对性的开展市场工作，并提出建设性意见
2. 积极参与公司线上产品的品牌开发，起草市场营销工作，配合电商销售团队，完成制定营销活动计划的落地与执行；
3. 负责活动方案的撰写及提案，根据节点定期组织线上促销活动；
4. 规划并整合线上、线下的渠道，提升产品与品牌的曝光率，达成精确引流与运营，提高线上粉丝数量并达成产品销售转化率；
5. 对竞争环境、客户需求分析及竞品产品的功能、促销手段、广告策略等信息总结与分析；
6. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销或电子商务相关专业，2年以上从事电商营销工作经验；
2. 了解国内外线上为主的市场营销推广手段、工具，操盘过较大的营销引流案例；
3. 有比较灵敏的市场嗅觉和创新创意，针对层出不穷的新媒体营销方式有一定的知新能力和举一反三的能力；
4. 善于团队协作，有较强的部门间沟通及协调能力，工作细致。
