• To Lead new collection development process in the Shanghai studio for ready-to-wear, couture and collaboration lines (creative research / concepts, mood board, fabric & trims selections and tests, sketching, collection plan monitoring, in house fitting and sampling, special craftsmanship supervision...). 

• To act as a key point of contact between by FANG's Creative Director, Paris Design team, ateliers and by FANG operational and business teams in understanding both artistic, technical and marketing / merchandising inputs.

• To manage Junior designers / design interns in the Shanghai studio with focus on stream-lining the creative work in a structured & consistent approach. 

• To enhance the artistic environment within Shanghai's studio in a perfect alignment with the Creative Director's vision and by FANG DNA.

• To take responsibility on collections development phases pertaining to qualitative requirements and deadlines. 
  
  

• Fashion Design education background with an international curriculum. 
• Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant premium / luxury oriented design studio with in-house sampling ateliers. 
• An art-passionate, creative, yet marketing driven individual who can understand all aspects of a 'brand value' construction
• Solid inter-personal communication skills and ability / potential to manage creative talents. 
• English & mandarin fluent mandatory
