The Tenant Relationship function is the primary contact and spokesperson within JKC/KCP for all the tenants and is responsible for ensuring all tenants are aligned and comply with both signatures and community online & offline marketing campaign, sales promotion, CRM system.

Tenant Relationship Officer reporting to the Tenant Relationship Manager, will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenants during their tenancy. This will include developing and managing effective relationships across tenants, the mall leasing team, event team, CRM team and cross-functional staff.

What You’ll Do

The Relationship Officer will ultimately build relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the short, medium and long term expectations of Mall GM whilst implementing strategies to advance our retailers revenue, profitability, operations and sustainability.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Liaison between the Tenants and the Mall Management Team

？ Dissemination of information to the tenants on all marketing matters

？ Collect tenants own branding marketing campaign/promotion information

？ Evaluate and provides advice to tenant’s on matters such as merchandise, selling strategies and services

？ Tenant Performance Management includes actions on all areas of improvement based on the outcomes of performance metrics

？ Work closely with the mall event team to implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns and initiatives to tenants

Who You’ll Work With

Tenant Relationship Officer Reporting to the Tenant Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenants during their tenancy. This will include developing and managing effective relationships across tenants, the mall leasing team, event team (both signature and community), online social content team, CRM team.

Who You Are

Prefer *** with excellent commercial acumen. Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences. Strong communication, relationship building and motivational skills.

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

？ Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment

？ Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar position

？ Knowledge of tenancy related issues

？ Basic knowledge of retail leasing and lease management

？ Excellent in verbal English and fluent in written English
