Responsibility

1.Support QD lead for APQP quotation according to RFQ, preparing related quality planning documents.

支持QD lead根据RFQ提供APQP报价，准备相关的质量策划文件。

2.Define quality targets for SW development with project team, create and maintain software quality assurance plan in agreement of quality targets with product development.

与项目组定义软件开发的质量目标，与产品开发质量协商创建并维护软件质量保证计划书。

3.Carrying out development process reviews and reviews of defined work products.

实施对于研发团队工作流程和工作产出的评审。

4.Carrying out SW maturity review and release for each sample release.

对每次的样件交付实施软件成熟度评审和软件释放。

5.Preparing status reports for the software development to be supported and informing the respective management levels about the development status; escalating relevant software quality problems that cannot be solved by the development project team.

准备软件开发的项目状态报告并且把开发状态定期发布给相关的管理层，识别并且升级项目组层级解决不了的软件质量问题。

6.Supporting of software quality related software topics as an interface to customer and suppliers (e.g. SW joint review, SW PPAP).

支持客户/供应商交涉中与软件质量相关的话题（例如软件联合评审，软件工程认可）。

7.Preparing and supporting customer assessments, project reviews and project audits, monitoring the resulting measures.

准备并支持客户审核，项目评审及审核，监控不符合项的改善方案。

8.Review and lead regional software quality team continues improvement to meet regional business requirement

评估及实施软件团队的持续改善以满足本地的业务需求

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above 本科或本科以上学历

2.Good English Skills n熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力

3.Electronics and Computer Science related major 电子和计算机科学等相关专业

4.Mandatory: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, OneNote)

Better to have: SAP PDM, MKS / PTC, DOORS

5.Have 5 or more years’ experience in SW development / vehicle electronics

5年以上软件开发行业或者汽车电子相关工作经验

6.Complete automotive electronics development software quality assurance experience

完整的汽车电子产品的研发软件质量管理经历

7.ASPICE provisional assessor certificate at least ASPICE Provisional评估师资格

8.Familiar with SW A-SPICE process and have knowledge about ISO26262.

熟悉汽车软件行业A-SPICE开发流程，了解ISO26262汽车电子功能安全标准。

9.Have know-how about TS16949, APQP, PPAP and other quality tools

了解TS16949, APQP, PPAP等质量工具

10.Advanced Knowledge of Requirements management. Experience in DOORS / PTC(MKS) is preferred.

深度理解需求管理，熟练使用DOORS / PTC (MKS)者更佳

11.Know-how in basic SW is preferred. 有基础软件知识者更佳。

12.Good communication skills and an excellent team-worker 良好的沟通协调能力以及团队合作

13.Working background in foreign enterprises or automobile industry 外企或汽车行业工作背景
