现招零售店铺设计师加入我们拥有国际化的设计团队的上海办公室，与我们设计团队一起参与空间、店铺、活动、橱窗的设计。

工作经验要求

• 至少5年时尚零售行业工作经验
• 具有设计天赋，本科及以上学历
• 对Adobe Creative Suite有丰富的工作知识或者在Photoshop 和InDesign 方面有浓厚的兴趣
• 3D 设计技能，会使用如下应用软件（3Ds Max, Rhino he Sketch Up）
• 对设计和具有丰富创意的项目一直保持浓厚的兴趣
• 在学习新技能的同时提高设计质量
• 能平衡多个项目和时间节点
• 出色的细节洞察力
• 具有与国际团队沟通的能力

作为一名设计师，我们期待你能给每一项你从事的工作带来创造力和创新，与我们的团队一起开发创意概念。

• 创意设计方案，情绪板，草图，效果图和最终展示稿
• 具有为新概念或者项目创作3D艺术作品的技能，如制作3D效果图
• 与团队和客户展示并讨论设计概念
• 与团队或者独立开发设计概念
• 基本的平面设计技能，布局图和颜色设计原则
• 良好的生产和施工方面的知识

RETAIL SPACE DESIGNER

We are seeking a Retail Space Designer to join our International Design team in Shanghai to alongside with our team designers on spaces, stores, events, windows design and production.

Required experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in retail fashion industry
• A natural talent for design and bachelor degree or above
• In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar with a particular interest for Photoshop and InDesign
• 3D Art skills using one of the following applications (3Ds MAX, Rhino, Sketch Up).
• A keen interest in design and creating unique assets from scratch
• A desire to put their design skills in front of audiences of millions of people
• Drive to progress their design qualities while learning new skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to communicate with an International team

Role to include, but not limited to:

As a Designer we'll count on you to bring creativity and innovation to every job you work on. Working alongside our team to develop creative concepts. You will be responsible for supporting and sometimes leading design projects, which requires team player aptitude.

• Creative Design Solutions, Mood board, Sketches and/or 3D and final presentation
• Skills to create 3D art work such as 3D Render for new concepts and projects
• Present and discuss design concepts with team and clients
• Develop design concept with a team and individually
• Basic Graphic Design skill, layout and color design principles are required
• Good knowledge of materials for production and construction
