1，Oversees and/or performs day to day preventive, reductive and corrective maintenance day to day activities.
Familiar with 5S management of factories and departments (organization, storage, cleaning, standardization, maintenance)

2，Responsible for the TPM maintenance of production equipment

3，Participate in improvement activities related to equipment and tooling to reduce equipment problems and cost reduction

4，According to the handling of the problem, the regular problem of the editing standard is solved

5，And summarize the problems, summarize and share experiences

6，Monitor and track daily downtime events including RPS and root cause analysis.
7， Analyze trends of equipment performance and make action plans and strategies to improve.
8， Support RPS at Tier 1 level with his team
9，  Support PS at Tier 2 and Tier 3 level
10，Developing and execution of Autonomous Maintenance program
11，Developing and execution of TPM program for the site
12，Development and execution of spare part strategy
13，  Sustain Maintenance records with SAP Maintenance module to support decision making process.
14， Execution of Skill development program for Maintenance
15，Optimization of Maintenance resources based on operational conditions (Volumes, shift pattern, maintenance agreements, cost, etc)
16， Sustain Maintenance areas at 5’s plant standards and continuous improvement

岗位要求：

？ Bilingual (Chinese-English)
？ Familiar with machining CNC equipment and assembly of products, PLC programming and automation lines. (preferred)
？ Fully competent in relevant languages: local plant’s, customer’s and English.
？ Knowledgeable of product (e.g. turbo), it’s manufacturing processes and its application. (preferred)
？ Able to lead lean continuous improvement projects and events.
？ Six Sigma lean/Green-belt (minimum) or Black Belt /Lean expert / TPM expert (preferred)..
？ Knowledge of tooling maintenance and set up techniques, such SMED
？ Knowledge of safety and ergonomics related to process and equipment design and implementation
？ Equipment maintenance experience
