1、根据调查报告,研究最新的薪酬福利趋势和***实践,持续改善薪酬管理流程和薪酬支付策略。

2、根据公司政策,结合内部公平与外部有竞争力的原则,建议公司年度调薪策略。

3、为新聘员工、晋升、关键职位评价等活动提供建设性的薪酬建议。

4、优化现有薪酬制度与流程,为职位评估、定级、薪酬矩阵及留任奖设计等提供专业指导。

5、优化运营部门绩效管理系统,持续改善运营部门的绩效表现。

6、负责月度薪酬计算\月度奖金\HR KPIs\人工成本报告。

7、为内外部客户审核提供可证实的薪酬数据记录。

8、采用专业及时的方式,反馈员工任何涉及薪酬福利的询问。

9、监督第三方涉及薪酬支付、社保缴纳及个人所得税的缴付。

职位要求：

1、本科以上学历人力资源管理或相关专业毕业

2、五年以上薪酬管理经验。

3、较强的主动性、合作和支持。

4、能用英文读、写。

5、能熟练地使用系统  和 等办公软件。

6、能有策略地沟通敏感问题。

7、较强的保密意识。

8、逻辑和分析性思考问题。

9、能与各层级管理人员工作。
