岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

1/ I build the solution roadmap and resource management to meet the project target / TCO.
Assist business leaders/users to clarify the user journey/requirements
Understand the stated user journey/requirements and propose the most appropriate technical solutions with organizational strategy, and support product strategy & vision
Define the clear deliverables of the solution
Build the solution roadmap, plan & milestones
Book the resource from S&T and define the roles and responsibilities with clear mission description for this project
Forecast the life cycle cost of the solution, cooperate with business leader to build up and implement the economic model of solution, manage the TCO calculation and income during project period
Support business leaders from technical point of view to obtain approval from sponsor (investment committee) for the project GO
Ensure select the right project management methodology for different kinds of projects

2/ I overall manage the progress to ensure it deliver and commit on schedule
Organise, coordinate and lead the project resource from different IT teams, and coordinate with suppliers if it's an outsourced solution or third-party representatives.
Supervise the progress of the project on-schedule, on-budget, on-scope and quality-compliant
Manage the regular prioritization process between technical and functional requirements.
Ensure prioritization decisions made by PO are well implemented in the deliverable roadmap.
Coordinate development phases and acceptance testing
Manage the implementation strategy and planning to ensure the smooth roll out (platform, installation, hardware, etc.)
Motivate and support project team member to work towards the same target in an efficient way
Communicate the project process and deliverable status (successes, difficulties, conflicts, risks etc. ), anticipate and alert if the project is not on target.(Quality, cost, lead-time, etc..)
Manage the IT purchase process including Sourcing, referencing, negotiating, contracting and supplier management.
Ensure and guarantee all project phases are correctly achieved
3/ I am responsible for ensuring the most suitable technical solution in terms of quality, costs, scope and running
Coordinate with cross projects from different IT team
Plans and tracks the activities resulting from change requests according to the change management process.
Coordinates the risk management activities in the project and keeps track of the derived actions
Align with support team about the operability of the solution to ensure correct integration
Transfer the project to support mode with training and validation process
Ensure monitoring during the stabilisation phase and deploy any necessary corrective actions for the required level of quality
Provide inputs into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business

Experienced in performance management (visual management, OKR, KPIs, etc..)
Experienced in IT purchasing (sourcing, referencing, negotiating, contracting, supplier management)
Experienced in risk evaluation & management
Experienced in budget management - build up and follow up
