Associate – Consultant (审核/咨询)

Candidate's qualification includes, but not limited to the following:

1. Bachelor degree and above

2. Excellent English skills

3. Detail oriented and being patient

4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a plus

5. Related major (i.e. finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.) is a plus

6. CFA candidate or internship/working experience in finance field is a plus

4. 能够熟练使用Office软件(Excel, Word, PowerPoint等) 优先

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

1. Input all clients' performance into the system and find any discrepancy or error

2. Test the holdings and transactions of portfolios to validate the accuracy for different security types

3. Review valuation policy for reasonableness and test the accounting treatment of investment income

4. Analyze and evaluate the client's performance calculation

5. Evaluate the appropriateness of benchmarks of the composites

6. Review disclosure presentations and requests for proposals (RFPs) for fair representation and full disclosure

7. Issue annual/quarterly verification reports on investment adviser's claims of GIPS compliance

8. Work closely with US colleague for any related questions and problems found

   
   

   
   

岗位职责（包括但不限于以下各项）:

1. 整理客户的原始数据，输入系统、计算并分析差异
2. 测试在系统中账户的持仓和交易是否与第三方的报告相匹配、发现并分析差异
3. 检查公司估值政策的合理性及投资收益的会计处理
4. 分析和评估客户投资业绩的计算
5. 评估投资组合群业绩基准选取的适当性
6. 检查市场宣传材料是否符合GIPS标准和原则
7. 准备年度和/或季度合规报告
8. 与美国同事合作共同解决发现的相关问题
