职责描述：

1） SOPs can be updated well on time to fulfil GMP requirement and local sops

2) General deviations and change control can be investigated, prepared and traced very well.

3) MCR, CCR and BCR can be updated very well (if required)

4) GMP documents used in the production can be reviewed on time with good quality (Support Production Manager)

5) Confirm the balance of the materials to provide effective and correct data to support EHS and Finance well and smoothly (Support Production Manager)

6) Well implementation and improvement of the procedure on the materials management (Support Production Manager)

7) Well monitoring the common solvent used in Production

8) Confirm all the equipment can be cleaned very well and on time, not to delay the production after production

9) Involved in IQ/OQ/simulation and draft cleaning protocol of new equipment

10)  Provide a list for the equipment to support to prepare the SOP, BMR and notes for daily operation as per OQ and simulation

11) Prepare CDR form if required

12)  Review executed batch records and feedback on comments from customer and quality department (If required)

13)  Inspect and check the 5S in workshop (Potential task in further)

14)  All other requirement from Production Manager

1)  Bachelor degree or above

2)  Major in Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or related

3)  At least three years working experience in pharmaceutical or chemistry industries company

4)  Able to continue to  understand and implement new knowledge

5)  Work hard

CARBOGEN AMCIS is a market leading supplier for drug substance services for the pharmaceutical industry and also produces both drug substances and final medicines for clinical trials and commercial supply. We excel in the field of complex and difficult chemistry and scale-up.
