工作内容：

1、通过旺旺，及时解答客户疑问，帮助并引导客户完成购买下单；

2、熟悉网上购物、支付及相关售前售后流程，熟悉使用淘宝天猫后台。

3、销售头脑清晰，思维敏捷，可以同时与多人进行网上交流，待人热情，有良好的服务意识。

4、负责公司线上的网络销售，通过淘宝、天猫在线聊天在线导购，解答顾客对产品的疑问，引导顾客在网站上顺利购买，促成交易愉快成功；

5、跟踪售后服务、投诉，协调相关部门做好客户档案等数据整理汇总、更新。

6、解决客户售后问题，解决客户产品疑问解答及退换货要求。

7、熟悉电脑基本操作，打字速度快，熟悉使用OFFICE等办公软件

8、有天猫、淘宝售前售后经验优先考虑。

职位要求：

1、有过淘宝/天猫店铺一年以上相关经验；

2、善于沟通，有较强的抗压能力；

3、有责任、有原则，工作细致耐心，有服务意识和销售技巧。
