• Be responsible for the correct interpretation of the GCR, Golden Customer Requirements, (example: IKEA, WE, COSTCO, FREEDOM, RTG and others);  

• Responsible to verify if the GCR are satisfied by the generic ISO 9001 System, if not he is responsible to write specific procedures and train the related workers ;

• Responsible of the qualification of the suppliers and materials;

• Responsible to do the plan of quality control of raw materials in “incoming” and periodically quality process audit to the supplier’s factory;

• Responsible to manage  the Laboratory ;

• Responsible to manage the quality system according to ISO9001;

• Responsible to conduct the audit ISO 9001;

• Responsible to conduct the third party and second party audit according to our customers request;

• Responsible to furniture and furniture claim management;

• Responsible to Carb/EPA, FSC audit and management (certifications, documents, labels etc);

• Other activities assigned by Managers;

  

Desired Skills & Experience

  

1. 5+ years related experience as Quality Manager in MNF.
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
3. Fluent English both in oral and written ( Italian is plus) .
4. Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills.
5. Excellend problem solving and analytical skills.
