主要工作职责

·   通过商业发展达成学院科研项目、实验室、科研成果转化中心、孵化器项目等战略性合作的目的，完成工作目标。

·   对相关合作目标实现的市场情况和机构情况进行充分调研，选择合适的机构进行商业合作拓展。

·  设计整体商业发展规划、行动计划方案、预算和所需资源规划，并根据计划开展各项工作。

·    考察并跟进机构合作意向，独立完成机构合作方案，撰写合作协议，推进合作协议签订。

·    与潜在合作机构建立日常性良性互动，解决与机构在合作洽谈中的各类问题。

·    策划与组织国内外交流活动，在活动中获得战略合作的商业机会。

任职资格

·    良好的国际教育学历背景与专业工作资质，工作经验。积极向上的性格。

·    本科以上学历，教育管理、公共管理、工商管理、供应链管理专业优先。

·    有在企事业机构从事市场拓展、公共关系管理相关工作3年以上工作经验。

·    积极主动地承担合作项目，具有较强地项目管理能力和内外部沟通能力。

·    对供应链管理有基本地认知，有快速地学习和获取新知识的能力。

·    较强地合作策划能力和方案书写能力。

·    熟练地英文书写和沟通地能力。

    

Main responsibility

·    Achieving the objectives of strategic cooperation through business development, such as the Institute's research projects, laboratories, research results transformation centers, incubator projects, etc.

·    Conduct adequate research on the market situation and institutions to achieve the relevant cooperation objectives and select suitable institutions for business cooperation and expansion.

·    Design of overall business development plans, action plan programs, budgets and resource requirements planning, and implementation of activities in accordance with the plans.

·    To investigate and follow up on institutional cooperation intentions, independently complete institutional cooperation programs, write cooperation agreements, and promote the signing of cooperation agreements.

·    Establish day-to-day positive interaction with potential cooperating institutions and solve various problems in the negotiation of cooperation with the institutions.

Competency and capability

·    Good international education background and professional qualifications, work experience. Positive character.

·    Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in education management, public administration, business administration, supply chain management is preferred.

·    More than 3 years of experience in marketing and public relations management in enterprises and institutions.

·    Proactive in taking on collaborative projects, with strong project management skills and internal and external communication skills.

·    Has a basic knowledge of supply chain management and the ability to learn and acquire new knowledge quickly.

·    Stronger capacity for collaborative planning and program writing.

·    Proficiency in writing and communication in English.

    2016年美国麻省理工学院与宁波市人民政府联合创建宁波（中国）供应链创新学院（简称宁创）。这是麻省理工学院与中国政府联合创建的中国***家供应链学院。学院将立足中国，面向全球，努力建设成为中国顶尖、具有全球影响力的供应链创新学院。助力宁波建设“中国制造2025”试点示范城市，打造世界级国际强港。

    宁创是在麻省理工学院运输与物流中心的指导下，采用国际化的模式独立运行的非营利性教育与科研机构，是麻省理工学院全球供应链与物流卓越网络成员之一。目前，该网络已在美国之外的中国、哥伦比亚、西班牙、卢森堡和马来西亚拥有五个中心。目前在欧洲、北美洲、拉丁美洲和亚洲拥有14个研究生项目和高管培训项目，90位供应链与物流专业的教师和研究伙伴，150家合作伙伴企业和组织，遍布全球的1000多位校友。

    学院开设有硕士学位项目以及针对企业高管的高层培训项目，通过引进麻省理工的课程设置、教学方法和评价体系等，着力培养国际化供应链管理的精英人才。学院也和产业界密切合作，建立学院产业联盟，提升企业的全球竞争力打造产教深度融合的协同创新体系。

    The government of Ningbo, China, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology（MIT）to jointly establish the Ningbo China Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (NISCI), an exclusive education and research center in China focus on logistics and supply chain management in 2016. The mission of NISCI is to become an international center of excellence for research and education in logistics and supply chain management. Also, NISCI serves an important role in supporting Ningbo in its development of "World Class Port City" and "Made-in China 2025 Exemplary City".

    Under the guidance of MIT Transportation and Logistics Center, NISCI is a non-profit independent educational and research institution and is a member of the MIT Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE). Currently, the network has five centers in China, Colombia, Spain, Luxembourg and Malaysia outside the United States. In addition, there are 14 graduate programs and executive training programs in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia, 90 supply chain and logistics professional teachers and research partners, 150 partner companies and organizations, and more than 1,000 alumni around the world.

    Through the introduction of MIT's curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation system, NISCI established masters and executive education programs to cultivate elite talents for international supply chain management. The Institute also works closely with industry to establish a college industry alliance, enhance the global competitiveness of enterprises, and create a collaborative innovation system that integrates production and education.
