职位概述 Role Summary

根据公司内部需求对非生产材料及非生产服务进行采购，完成询价，报价及采购合同，并对到货和服务进行跟踪。与供应商进行商务谈判，进而控制采购成本；管理采购文件，供应商付款申请支付协调。According to company internal requirement, perform indirect material/service procurement activities, quotation, confirmation and contract; Follow up material delivery; business negotiation with vendor, control purchase cost; Manage document related to procurement, support payment.

主要职责 Role Responsibilities

1. 向合格供应商执行RFQ/RFx日常采购工作。Conduct RFQ/RFx to qualified Supplier for routine miscellaneous stuff, experience with MRO and Marcom.

2. 跟踪，监督落实各项采购任务。Follow up and superintend pertinent tasks. 

3. 开发供应商，比价议价，供应商资质审核，确保价格合理性及竞争性。Develop new vendors, bargain, vendor qualification review, make sure cost reasonable and competitive.

4. 负责与供应商沟通，确保采购产品按时交付，协助处理疑难售后。Accountable communication with vendors, make sure goods or service on time delivery, assist with problem solving.

5. 对市场、供应商和成本驱动因素有一定的了解，并能将其融入驱动结果的策略中。Demonstrated knowledge of market, suppliers and cost drivers and incorporating into strategies that drive results.

6. 配合部门经理完成临时交代的采购任务。Complete temporary tasks assigned by upper manager.

任职资格 Qualification (最低任职要求 Minimum Requirements)

本科学历，熟悉采购流程，有2年以上采购工作经验，外资企业背景为佳；良好的沟通能力；能够熟练使用Excel、PPT等Office软件，英文口语及书写流利；熟悉MRO, 保险类，Marcom至少一种采购品类了解Ariba等采购系统为佳Bachelor degree , familiar with procurement flow, at least 2 years of relevant purchase experience; Foreign enterprise background is preference;Good communication skills;Good at office software, especially in Excel and PPT, fluent in spoken and written English;Have experience in MRO, Admin, Insurance, Marcom Prefer to have experience of Ariba system
