工作职责Responsibilities:

1.能够独立授课，并保证教学质量;

Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.

2.能够在外教课堂中担任助教工作;

Can work as a teaching assistant for the foreign teachers.

3.能够熟练操作办公软件，独立制作教学课件;

Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware.

4.能够通过电话教学、日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务;

Track students' learning progress throughtelephone teaching, daily communication,and so on. Provide parents with excellentteaching service.

5.能够进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理;

DO the routine maintenance and management of classrooms and teaching aids.

入职要求Entry requirements:

1.大学本科或以上学历， (英语专业、教育专业、有相关工作经验或海外留学经历者可适当放宽)

University degree or above; (English, Education, relevant work experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)

2.口语标准、地道;较强的读写能力;Standard oral English, strong literacy;

3.热爱儿童和英语教育事业;Loves children, and having an English educational career;

4.乐于接受全新的教育理念和教学模式;Willing to accept new ideas of education and modes of teaching

5.性格开朗热情,活泼大方;

周一到周四：13点-20点30，周五：10:00-20:30（上午2小时教研），周末9点-18:00.做五休二。
