1.       In charge of the order handling;

2.       Contact with suppliers to confirm the purchasing contract and keep track of the supplier's lead time;

3.       Communicate with our customers to confirm the sales contract;

4.       Get the improvement samples from customer and confirm the samples from supplier;

5.       Communicate with customer and supplier about artwork;

6.       Communicate with the supplier and QC department about the inspection arrangement;

7.       Contact with nominated forwarder to arrange the shipment;

8.       Collect and summary the orders in follow up table in time.
