Summary:

    

作为资深数值策划，你将会负责设计和调优游戏中任何数值相关或影响的功能，系统，机制和内容，以推动和提高玩家的参与。

    

    

Roles & Responsibilities

    

• 设计游戏内所有的经济数值；
• 负责游戏全局数值模型，保持数值模型框架的可研究性、平衡性、扩展性、可调性；
• 负责所有系统及玩法中的数值、投放、产出、消耗等方面的规划及具体设计，包括但不限于成长系统、经济系统、战斗平衡、战斗体验、商业化等；
• 搭建游戏整体及各个模块的数值建模，
• 跟进各种活动的数值体验设计，保证经济系统的稳定运行
• 与数据分析师密切合作,设计指标体系,确保数据收集引发经济调整和调优

    

    

Qualifications

    

• 本科及以上学历，金融类、数学类专业为佳；
• 5年以上数值策划经验，有至少一款上线游戏研发经验，有RPG类经验者优先；
• 了解主流移动游戏的数值设计与方法，熟练进行过至少一款游戏的数值反拆，能够进行开放式经济系统规划和设计；
• 对数值敏感，重视数据挖掘，熟练运用各种数学公式构造符合需求的数值发展曲线及模型，具有较强的数学演算能力；
• 熟悉游戏的平衡,包括统计数据,虚拟商品、经济学和用户的动机。
• 对玩家体验敏感，熟悉玩家心理；
• 具有良好的沟通表达（口头和书面）和协助能力
• 具有良好的问题解决能力、创新意识和抗压力
