Main Focus and Challenges

Ensure received orders are delivered on time, with good quality.Control the project cost and capital in the budget. Satisfy our customer for business growth. Support deparment manager at KPI following up and process improvement.    

 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Order recognize and Corb packing review with Inside sales

2. Corb meeting organized and clarify projects requirement

3. Project Leader to coordinate purchasing, forwarder,finance,and manufacture site to ensure project delivery in time with good quality performance.

4. Open windows between customer and internal team to align the debate.

5. Coordinate on customer complaint to improve the customer satisfaction.

6. Project Information List owner to regular update project information include of deliver timing,margin and etc.

7. Track customer payment in all terms of the project as owner of controller in account receiveable.

8. IFS owner in the project content to maintain the data in the system.

9. Track and update project status and prepare weekly report

10. Organize project team meeting to resolove project issues.

11. Capture lessons learn for the team

12. Documents collection for customer acceptance.

13. Project file management and store in all phase.

14. Support rolling forecast quaterly.

15. Process improvement

16. Secondary IFS key user for project team, support the IFS key user for IFS problem solving and process improvement. Backup for IFS key user

17. Improve standard of procedures pointed by team leader.

      

Qualifications and Experience:

  Formal Education : Bachelor degree or equivalent

Knowledge:

1. Mechanical product and metal material knowledge
2. Project management skill such as APQP knowledge
3. Financial knowlege on cost control
4. Data maintenance to recognaize risk of forecast achievment
5. ERP operation

Experience:    

1. At least 5 years working experience at Power generation, Boiler or petrochemical projects as project leader.                  
2. Experience at mixture projects with agent, end user. Experience to manag batches of projects at AFM parts, upgrade, and New construction.
3.  Project leaders for manufacture as a plus
