Position Summary

Act as a key communication link between the external customer and the plants. Accountable for ensuring that customers receive the best service/support possible, to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the organization’s image in the market place.    

Key Areas of Responsibility

·         Provide excellent customer service/support; ·         Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer inquiries for assign product lines, such as pricing, order status, Provide feedback to the relevant sales personnel regarding order status and/or changes. ·         Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies / procedures after confirming the stock availability and customer product allocation, communicate with customer on relevant information, e.g. delivery schedules and product availability and coordinate with logistics and finance personnel, Process customer returns according to established policies/procedures ·         Re-promise orders when unplanned downtime occurs, insufficient material is available or when it is necessary to reschedule orders and/or change production to satisfy customer needs. ·         Collect, document and consolidate customer feedbacks/complaints according to defined procedures/system. Initiate coordination with the relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse and finance to solve problems and to ensure the necessary corrective actions taken in accordance with serving standards. Support supervisor/sales supervisor any unmet customer needs. ·         Arrange delivery schedules based on customers’ delivery requirements and electronically process delivery orders. Track feedback from transportation or warehousing service providers/ suppliers/ carriers/logistics etc. to ensure timely order delivery. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status. ·         For L/C customers, review and confirm the L/C application from customers and monitor the entire L/C processing together with Credit colleagues. Prepare and tracking Shipping documents if necessary. ·         Sample requests management if needed. Follow up Cabot sample requests in system, to allocate. Ensure the sample requests are fulfilled under Cabot procedure.      

Required Skills/Knowledge

·         Strong knowledge & experience in Import & Export (International Trade) ·         Korean Speaking & Writing skill is a must ·         Customer Oriented and Service Mindset ·         Detailed understanding of Order to Invoice process ·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with suppliers; ·         Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. ·         ERP system (JD. Edward) knowledge and experience is a plus ·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ·         High responsibility, Self-accountable and Self-motivated      

Education/Experience

·         College / University degree in Business Studies or similar discipline or equivalent experience.

·         3-year experience of customer service (On import & export is a plus)

?    徐州：2018年10月完成收购日本新日铁下属尼铁隆（江苏）炭黑有限公司。今后2年中，公司将大规模投资让该设施能够生产全球最精细的炭黑产品系列。
?    珠海：2020年1月完成收购深圳三顺纳米新材料有限公司，将巩固我们在高性能碳添加剂方面的全球领导地位，使我们能够提供新的创新解决方案，从而以***的性价比来改善电池性能。
