Responsibilities

1.  Direct the daily operations of the customer service team.  
2.  Ability to manage sales forecast accuracy, AR and inventory by working with sales support & sales.
3.  Create effective customer success procedures and optimize the procedures if necessary.
4.  Lead sales support team to maintain & strengthen the communication with customers to keep the customer relationships.
5.  Cross-function and cross-region coordination&communication to resolve the daily works and problems.
6.  Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality & effective service delivery.
7.  Helping solving problems occurred in daily support job, searching for better practice of better Customer Services according to current process ,works as a key person to support CRM and IFS (ERP) system improvement.
8.  Coaching sales support , evaluate and performance manage sales support staff.
9.  Assist regional manager to prepare the sales data analysis & report periodically.

Requirements

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.  A minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service and at least 2 years in leadship role.
3.  Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communications and manner with intermal and external customers at all levels.
4.  Excellence in presentation, spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin.
5.  Be good at software such as Work, Excel and Outlook.
