岗位职责

1、项目前期与总包、项目管理公司或者物业沟通及手续办理；

2、组织协调施工过程中各方面、各部门之间的关系，解决矛盾冲突，保证项目如期完成；

4、监督、管理项目的安装进度和安装质量；

5、安装完成后，组织实施对项目工程进行全面验收；

6、完成领导临时交待的其他工作任务。

任职资格

1、大学本科及以上学历，工程管理、工民建、规划类相关专业；

2、2年以上工程管理工作经验，有工程监理工作经验的优先；

3、具有较强的计划实施能力，较强的组织协调和沟通能力，有较强的责任心、团队协作精神和领导能力；

5、思路清晰、善于总结、勤于思考，能承担较大压力。
