Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, facilitate, support the activities in R&D Shanghai department

- Keep a constant and fluent communication between Shanghai’s and Swiss R&D team

- Prepare table, gantt chart, procedure, test method and more in general all the documentation necessary to be in compliance with the Design Control requirements for the ongoing projects

- Support teams proposing new procedures, processes, controls, methods to improve the processes in terms of projects management and projects visibility

Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in mechanical/biomedical engineering or comparable. Languages: Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory) – (nice to have a second language)

- PMP Certification or equivalent experience

- Working experience as Project Manager (3 years, at least), in Medical Device field. Experience in teams coordination

- Deep knowledge of Chinese and Western mindset with the ability to leverage the best of both

- Experience of cooperation and interaction with suppliers and manufacturers especially Chinese. Multinational working environment experience especially with European and American

- Knowledge of ISO Norm, GMP, FDA requirements and Medical Device Guidelines; in injections molding and plastic transformation; 3D drawing CAD such as SolidWorks, Creo, Catia or similar

- Methodical and scientific approach; Precision and attention to details; Problem solving skills; Ability to work into a multicultural environment; High level of self-motivation; Ability to be flexible reacting quicker to the new challenges; Be able to work under pressure

- Good at communication, convincing, negotiation, influencing people; Fast and adaptive learner; Supportive in Teamwork
