职位描述
· Maintenance and repair the production equipments to secure the continious production, and building maintence; 保养和维修生产设备确保生产的正常运作,制定保养维修计划;
Planning and prioritising in order to meet maintenance schedules. 执行和优化维护计划;
· Using and maintaining the Technical documentation of the products, and of the machinery (or if needed, making the documentation for the machinery).
使用并保存产品和器械的技术文挡,(如果有需要,制作文挡);
· Using the new tools and moulds according to the standard requests when necessary;
在必要时,根据标准要求,使用新的工具和模具;
· Optimizing working procedures, and conditions with the approvel of the direct superior;
在上级的许可下, 完善工作流程,改进工作条件;
· Suggesting improvements on any kind of machinery, based on maintenace experience;
根据经验提供一些改进机器方面的建议;
· According to the spot situation and the maintenance records give the sugesstions to the direct superior and QM & PD departments when some urgent situation occures by the equipments;
当出现一些紧急情况的时候, 根据现场情况和维修记录,给上级,质量和生产线提供一些建议;
· Train the employees how to operate the machinery properly and safely;
培训员工如何准确和安全的操作;
· Recording the related technical materials correctly and ordered;
正确地记录相关技术材料和定购情况;
· Handling MRO (Machine and Maintenance) Parts
处理维修(机器和保养)零部件;
· Recording any kind of downtime related to machine breakdown;
记录任何停机的相关机器故障;
· Filling in the necessary monthly sheets and reporting to the direct superior;
完成必需的月报表并向上级汇报;
· Any other tasks that are given by his/her direct superior.
