职位描述
We tailor-made white labeled premium concierge, lifestyle and loyalty solutions to best serve Chinese High Net Worth Individuals or affluent customers by partnering with global leading brands varied from credit card, insurance, financial institutions, hospitality, luxury and more industries.
Roles
The incumbent is directly responsible for developing businesses in insurance industry in China and performance will be measured by the achievement of country gross margin sales targets, as well as business/market development progresses and other KPIs.
He or she will lead the insurance sector sales team to identify profitable and sustainable business opportunities, develop and execute well controlled sales plans, close new sales, cross sell other services to existing clients. The Head of Insurance Sector also needs to proactively take part in product development and marketing activities.

1. Consultative probing skills: discover clients’ needs by asking right questions, listening & summarizing
2. Presentation skills: using marketing language to communicate & present intangible service solutions and demonstrate Aspire Lifestyles values. Able to persuade, influence and convince.
3. People skills: networking, relationship building & nurturing
4. Negotiation skills, Consultative & professional selling skills in B2B environment
5. Innovative, creative and flexible to market customized solutions built around Aspire capability / capacity to facilitate clients’ purchases
6. Able to develop and maintain management level relationship with clients’ C-suite
7. Project management skills in handling multiple priorities
Required Work Experience
1. At least 12 years’ experiences of direct sales & marketing of intangible services
2. Experience in solution selling to clients’ product development, marketing and/or operations departments
3. Strong network in insurance industry and exposure to Sales & Marketing or product functions
4. Experiences in team management
Required Languages and Education
1. Native Chinese and proficient English
2. Bachelor degree
3. MBA is a plus
