Role Summary:

  

The Senior Finance ManagerController is in charge of finance operation for Shanghai site, including 3-4 local operating offices.

  

 Responsibilities for local office:

  

• Working as business partner with local office GMs, supporting on all business and strategic decision-making.

• Understand the business & finance models of the local offices and be a trusted advisor on financial matters

• Prepare budgets, perform in depth financial analysis of various business scenarios (business case study),

• Oversee accounting processes including billing, payables, payroll and month-end closing, ensuring accurate account reconciliations and account analysis.

• Business system administration and optimize.

• Coordinate and handle annual audit.

• Client contract and vendor contract review

• Implementation and maintenance of rigorous financial controls and compliance with internal control requirement.

• Ensure compliance with all appropriate local statutory regulations and versus IFRS

• Cooperation and support as required various requests and analysis required by Asia-Pacific or Local offices.

                    

 

  

   Requirements:

  

• Bachelor's degree (at least) in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, ACCA/CPA/CMA or MBA preferred.

  10 year’s+ experience in the finance / accounting sector

• Understand the operations of service industry

• Proficient user of finance software, experience on SAP is a plus

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• A team player who enjoys working with people and brings positive energy to team

• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
