基本职责：

- 根据公司中长期战略计划，制定与之相匹配的人力资源战略规划；

- Set up HR strategy which assorts with the company middle and long-term strategies, accomplish

- 根据公司核心价值观，建立、维护、发展和传播鲜明的公司文化；

- Build distinctive company culture and company image according to the company core values

- 制定适应公司业务发展的中长期人员配置计划，并搭建胜任力模型，明确人才梯队结构；建立公平、公正的内部晋升通道，确保员工的内部中长期发展；

- Set up middle and long-term staff planning with the development of company business. Create competency model to determine the talent profile; create a open and faire career development path, help employee`s development in middle or long term.

- 研究、设计人力资源管理模式（包含招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设）

- Research and design HR management models (including recruitment, performance, training, salary and employee development systems)

- 指导本部门及协调各用人部门人才招聘、员工培训、绩效考评、薪酬等人事工作的进行，确保公司人力资源的合理使用；

Guide and coordinate the recruitment, staff training, performance evaluation, salary and other HR work of

- each department to ensure the rational use of human resources of the company

- 确定人力资源成本核算标准，制定中长期（年度，5年度）人力成本预算和年度决算工作。做到实时监控，有效管理人力资源成本；

- Define HR cost calculating standards, prepare middle and long-term (annual, 5 years) HR cos budgeting and accounting. Control the HR cost on real time.

- 负责推进用工规范化建设，识别HR管理风险，予以有效应对和优化，具备独立处理员工投诉和劳动纠纷的能力；

- Responsible for promoting the standardization of employment, identifying HR management risks, effectively responding to and optimizing them, and capable of independently handling employee complaints and labor disputes;

- 完成总经理临时交办的各项工作任务。

- Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the general manager.

任职要求：

？ 8年以上人力资源相关管理经验；

？ Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years hr related management experience;

？ 具有跨文化交流的能力

？ the ability of intercultural communication

？ 具有企业文化的建立与实际操作经验

？ Experience in corporate culture building and operation
