电话/邮件支持帮助eBay会员遇到的和支付相关有关的问题
支持卖家交易和支付全流程
调查eBay会员账号，明确***合规行动方针，已消除交易和支出过程中障碍
采取有效措施以保证eBay平台上交易环境的安全和合规
在保证处理问题准确性的基础上，维护好eBay和客户之间的信任关系
对客户的顾虑有同理心，能够真诚地为客户提出解决方法
Job Requirements
能够适应排班要求
在风险和欺诈领域相关工作经验为优
必须有电话支持客户的经验
对客服工作有热情
擅长和人沟通和建立关系
很好的聆听者，对客户有非常友好的态度
能适应快节奏的工作环境
对系统应用操作有一定经验
