? Ensures daily presence on site to monitor building and structural installation activities

? Understand the importance of planning. Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Proposes mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan.

? Ensure that the Subcontractor issue the quality documentation in due time and review it.

? Ensure that all work is in conformity to standards and specifications. Interprets specifications and discusses deviations from specified civil procedures to ensure full compliance with QA/QC inspection plans and procedures.

? Alerts the Superintendent of any field discrepancy with respect to the approved plan

? Anticipate the needs in terms of subcontractor resources and report to the Superintendent.

? Make sure that controlled copies of currently approved documents and drawings are used by subcontractor.

? Ensure that HSE policies are respected and make them applied.

? Establish the daily report to the superintnendent.

? Operationally reports to Superintendent

? Interactions with:

o Site QC engineer

o Site HSE Officer

o Construction disciplines supervisors

o Field engineers

o Subcontractors construction supervisors

o Subcontractor HSE Officer

o Subcontractors QC supervisors

o Company QC supervisors

o Company construction supervisors

o Company HSE Officer

任职要求：

? Full knowledge of Construction RF norms and rules

? Competent in reading and understanding Specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation

? Experience of 10 years as Building & Structure Supervisor on major constructions sites

? Good technical English speaking

? Good communication skills

? Good problem solving skills
