Job description:

The applicant is responsible for the follow up of all purchase orders, as well as the coordination with
logistics department and quality team.   

Job duty:

Place purchase orders to our factories once confirmed by purchase & sales department.
Manage relation, and best delivery schedule possible
Follow the lead time with our factories and register all information into the ERP (supplier ready date)
Follow the lead time with our factories for orders in production. (this may include business trip in China).
After shipments, verify and put all purchase invoices from our factories into ERP.
Follow payments release to our factories
Share ready date of goods with QC manager to plan the inspection schedule middle or before shipment
Deal with our factories in case of late delivery and negotiate with our factories the best schedule possible
Monthly report related to order per month and late of delivery.
