Responsibilities:

·         Work as expert to oversee Shanghai accounting operation

·         Lead monthly closing process to ensure the statutory report and management report are in conducted in timely and accurate manner

·         Prepare monthly account reconciliation to ensure financial data under truth and fair view.

·         Actively communicate with HQ regarding any reporting queries

·         Conducts internal and external audit and system review, recommends corrective together with supervisor basing on the annual internal and external audit schedule

·         Assist to the preparation of Weekly FCST, quarterly FCST and ad-hoc report requested by Finance Controller/Management Team

·         Any other jobs may be assigned by Finance Controller

                                

    

Skill and working experience required:

·         Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting or finance

·         3+ years’ working experience with GL role in MNC

·         Familiar with IFRS/PRC GAAP

·         Good communication skill

·         A good team player who can work under pressure and be self-motivated

·         Fluent English in oral and written

·         Experience with QAD is a plus
