岗位职责：

1、建立和产品相关的测试能力，包括建立测试程序，材料/产品标准并验证测试设备；

2、参与过程确认；

3、执行测试程序；

4、实施批记录审阅，建立质量指标并驱动降低不良；

5、实施过程数据的统计分析，解析并编辑组织；

6、识别质量问题，组织质量改进；

7、授权放行与其责任产品相关材料、半成品和成品；

8、投诉调查研究。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化或其他机械相关专业毕业；

2、有3年以上机械行业或工业设备制造业工作经验者优先考虑；

3、熟练使用AUTOCAD和一款三维设计软件；

4、熟练使用各类办公软件和ERP软件；

5、具有勤奋、敬业、团队合作精神，具有较强的沟通能力；

6、具有良好的客户服务意识和团队合作意识；

7、英语水平良好；可适应出差。
