岗位职责：

1. 对医药行业有较深程度的市场了解，探寻客户产品推广方面的服务需求，并根据其需求进行项目推进；

2. 能独立面对客户，并独立处理工作中的问题，对项目进行跟踪管理；

3. 积极向上、努力勤奋、对公司对客户都有强烈的责任心，对自己所负责的项目质量的监控，对自身和下属都能有意识的进行个人职业规划；

4. 项目的内部协调与沟通以及客户关系的维护；

5. 遵循公司各项规章制度，配合直属上司最终完成团队项目；

要求： 

1. 大专以上学历，有娴熟的沟通能力；

2. 5年以上医药广告公司客户服务或医药企业市场部岗位工作经验，熟悉广告业务流程；

3. 有2年以上独立项目管理经验或带队经验；

4. 英语读写能力较好，能简单的英语日常会话，大学4级以上优先考虑

5. 具有一定活动执行经验，包括策划、预算、统筹、现场执行等 

6. 有强烈的责任感和上进心，愿意分享和善于沟通，工作有条理，认真细致，学习及理解能力强；

7. 能接受出差，有较强的团队合作精神。
