Job Responsibilities:

 Order Management

Obtain all information necessary to process the order in a timely and accurate manner.

To fulfil customer orders and requirements, work with plant and logistics to have timely producing and delivery.

Proactively follow through and communicate the status of the order and any subsequent order changes with customer and sales, keeping everyone in the process informed the change.

Review terms and requirements of letter of credits and coordinate with customer on necessary amendments

Following up advance payment, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantee, shipping documents to bank, etc.

Prepare shipping documents on shipment/delivery of orders and check to ensure documentation excellence in terms of accuracy, timeliness and completeness

 

Manage Customer Inquiries 

Negotiate with customer and internal resources to satisfy customer requests while making good business decisions for JIAHUA

Pursue process enhancements to continually improve customer service.

View problems as opportunities to build customer loyalty and confidence.

Use good judgment in interpreting JIAHUA policies and procedures to accommodate customer requests. 

 

Requirements:

College degree or above, 3~5 years Customer service experience. chemical background would be preferred.

knowledge of logistics and export trading business process

knowledge for Letter of Credit  

SAP experience is a plus.

Good communication skill, high responsibility and strong service awareness.

Hard working spirit and proactive attitude, quick learner
