工作职责：

Job Responsibilities    

- Responsible to support the sustainable growth of the Wacker Polymers Greater China business.

- Develop go-to-market strategies for targeted market segments.

- Conduct market research, to gather qualitative & quantitively insights about the related market needs, customer needs, etc. to establish specific market segment plan and segment value proposition. 

- Manage the related market segment portfolio assessments and derive proposals for the portfolio development needs. Lead the segment related new product development projects from marketing perspective.

- Actively communicate with sales organization, channel partners, end customers, suppliers, co-suppliers.

- Monitor and report on competitive activities, with competitor landscape scanning to understand and support the segment related strategy.

- Prepare reports and/or presentations of results, including options/ recommendations/ proposals for strategy.
Qualifications Required    
- Bachelor degree above, preferably in chemical / polymer technology 
- With experience in marketing or business-related field; experience from chemical or construction industry will be a plus.
- Sound understanding for chemical / technical products serving the B2B market
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Good computer skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
